US Shift - New Quick Shift 6?
I was recently on another "dream build" browsing of the internet, and looking at all the things I wish I had time and money to do; one of those is to check and see if anybody in the aftermarket has built support for a stand-alone controller for 6 speed or newer automatic transmissions.
Lo-and-behold, this time around I came across this article for from US Shift referencing a new controller they'll have at SEMA this year.
The Quick 6 Transmission Control System
They say they're launching in December of this year with support for the 6r80 transmission. The specs also mention the ability to handle up to 10 speed transmissions. Hopefully that means it won't be too long until we see support for Ford's 6R140, and the new 10R80(/GM 10L??), and GM's 8L90 transmissions in the aftermarket at large.
Any luck that anybody from this forum will be at SEMA and can get more info than what's on their site?
Now I just need to find somebody making the right 385 series trans adapter...
