No low-end power
2006 6.0l King Ranch diesel dually 142,000 miles with 4000 lb camper in the bed has trouble accelerating from 1000 to 2000 rpm. Turbo starts at 2000 and it can go but it can be eternity until it gets to 2000. Starting on a hill can result in waiting up to 30 seconds before it begins to move. If it was gasoline I'd say retarded timing. Once the turbo is spinning, it has plenty of power. Fuel milage is 8-11. Any ideas?
