Junkyard Driveshaft?
Hello all,
I need a new rear driveshaft on my 1977 f150 4x4 manual, I just need the last portion between the carrier bearing and the rear axle, do I need to find a specific truck at the junkyard and take it or can I take it from any "older ford f150" any recommendations? (asking before a take a visit to the JY, hopefully someone has some input)

You are looking for a fairly common d/s at least in my JY that is a common part....You just need one from a 73 to 79 F150 4x4 and manual trans.
Did you break a u joint cap ear or strip some splines?
Take some measurements and have fun shopping.
