2004 E350 6.0L Bubble Conversion.
Hello, Predominantly looking for people in the Canada/Ontario region than can help me with referrals.
I have 2004 Econoline 350 with under 200k that has started rusting away. Fortunately, the engine still runs very strong and I am looking for some insight.
Has anyone attempted to cut away the rear cab and Install an Aerocell 1 piece fiberglass body to the rear? or is this approach not worth it?
my second option is to buy a rolling chassis with no rust and just doing a frame swap and discarding the rest ...
what do you guys think

I live in Toronto ( north Central ) actually Vaughan ...what referals are you looking for ?
I would look for a small Cube Box Instead..those Bubble Boxes are total crap....You could build one out of Wood and it would be way better than that POS....

A cube would be impractical because of my parking situation, I Also drive a sprinter and I've gotten use to the head room and it would be nice to have the same in the Ford.
My main concern is installing a body with no rust. A Aroecell body seemed like an easy solution, It was just an inquiry.
The referral I'd be looking for is someone in the GTA region who can do a body swap, I'm in the process of sourcing a good shell from California and as soon as I find a mechanic who is qualified to do the work I will go ahead and proceed with the purchase.

Ok I don't really know anyone personally , since I do all my own work...but I'm sure If you look on Kijiji in Services Section you will find someone in the GTA who can handle it ...Good luck
