460 distributor wiring

Morning,
I am in the process of wiring up a 460 out of a 95 F350 which is now in my 1978 F250. I wanted more power and a 5 speed in my truck. 351M blew I came across a 1995 460 with a ZF5 and BW transfer case.
I put aftermarket heads on the head and a different cam in it and rebuilt the rest of the engine. My next step is going to install the FiTECH fuel injection system which controls timing. I have the factory 1995 distributor in the engine right now. My question is:

Is it possible to lock out the distributor (get rid of vacuum advance and mechanical advance) and hook the distributor up to the FiTECH?
I know with the old 351 distributor I can lock it out and it 'should' work on the 460 but I cannot get the distributor to slide onto the oil pump driveshaft.

The 1995 460 has no mechanical or vacuum advance function. All of the timing is controlled by the computer (PCM). The only mechanical setup required is setting the distributor to 10 BTDC, ensure the 'profile pulse" vane is set to properly ID Cylinder #1 (seems to be optional on Speed Density) and wire the plugs for the correct firing order.

Thanks.
I am trying to figure out if this distributor will work with the FiTECH fuel injection in my 1978 F250. The distributor is off a 1995 F350, so is the block and transmission. Heads are aftermarket Trickflows. I am NOT running the factory EFI on this truck.

Which wires power the distributor? Which wires control timing? Is it the orange/red wire the grey/orange wire or the black/ light green wire.
I am assuming the orange/ red is power.

Diagram of C178:

Power is on Pin 1 Red/Light Green wire

The PIP signal from the stator is on Pin 8 Gray/Orange. There are several different grounds used (Black/Light Green and Orange/Red).

The only electronics inside the distributor is the signal from the PIP. This is the signal that tells the computer where Cylinder #1 is at and when to fire the spark plugs and injectors.

If the fitech system just needs the Hall effect signal then you should only need power ground and pip.
