Can you stand outside and watch it while someone else turns it? Is this a 4x4 or 2wd?
If 4x4 it could be a U-joint if you can't see a tire rubbing anywhere
Can't speak for Ford, but on a Freightliner it is the bushings on the front part of the leaf springs. My Ford doesn't have zerk fittings, so there is no way to grease them. I don't even know if you can get the bushings separately or if you have to get new springs.

You can get the bushings separate from the springs. If it is bushing noise, I would look at the front hanger shackles. the bushing up in the frame can get noisy as hell when they fail
