When you click on "Post Reply," the white text box will open up where you would normally write your message. Above this white text box will be some icons.
Click on the square, yellow icon that looks like mountains with a sun in the background.
This will take you to "Upload Pictures."
From there, you have your choice of entering a URL address or, you can load your picture by selecting "From Device," "Take a Picture" or, from "My Album."
If you're wanting to post a previously taken picture from your phone or computer, you would select "From Device."
