The first 1500 miles have been perfexct - no problems. Starting yesterday, when I let off the clutch and it engages, I get a shake. It seems to be getting worse quickly.
I'm going to check the bell housing bolts, motor mounts (new), transmission mounts.

Any other ideas?
I'd say it sounds like Oil from the tranny input shaft seal is leaking, may be getting a little on the clutch disc. As, I have found it's just enough to make the clutch grab like what happening with yours.
Second reason would be broken springs in the clutch hub disc but should not be happening on a new clutch disc.
Check for any oil at the rear fly wheel inspection cover drip drain hole.
Orich
I don't know if the (6) bolt holes on the back of the crankshaft (where the flywheel bolts up) are blind holes or through holes on your engine (?). If they are through holes and no sealer is on the threads, engine oil can leak past the bolt threads and get onto the clutch/clutch disc to cause chatter.
If the clutch disc and/or the transmission bellhousing are not lined up to the crankshaft, the clutch disc will smack the pressure plate off-center.
An FE is blind holes. Only the small block has open holes that need sealed(ask me how I know, ugh).
I've had new clutches fail, ie: chatter quickly. I usually ended up buying a clutch from a different supplier and have no issue from then on.
All you can do is pull it apart and inspect it.
I wasn't for sure on the crankshaft holes of an FE since I've never owned one. I've pretty much always been a Ford small-block guy and knew they were through holes. The holes on my 240 engine are blind.
