6.7 neads a fluid pupp

Hi all, has any one ever replaced a Diesel Reductant Fluid Pump Assembly? I Have a 2011 f350 with 76398 Miles. with an engine check light, auto zone code P21BO. Dealer cost installed $1200.00 it seems to run ok for now Thanks Emel

do a search. There have been a few and there is probably a you tube on the job as well.


Look at Amazon for the parts.


Basically you drop the tank, open the top and take the pump out. Clean and install a new one.

Depending on how you generally operate, there a plenty of Craig's list type listings for "emissions equipment that fell off my truck when I deleted/tuned it". Items for sale are dpf, def tank, egr.

You might be able to buy used parts off another truck that doesn't need them.
