Bringing the 77 out, questions

I have some questions about my old ford, decided to quit with the old bronco II, ranger search too much for junk so the 77 comes out and gets driven.
The front turn signal lenses where can I get them in good shape not for $70 like most places want?
Brakes, I have the D44 up front noticed my friends dosent stop so well can I swap the dual piston calipers from the f250 D44 to my D44?
Floor pans are avalible what about other patch pieces for the floor or do I just have to cut them and weld them in myself?
My passenger door does not close right I have been messing with it but cant get it to close flush is there a special trick?
My 77 has a 87 bed on it I have been searching in the southeastern Michigan northwestern Ohio region cant find any, anybody know where I can find one decent shape I dont mind doing body work.

Thanks for the help
Curtis

Look at the pin on the door jam. Does it have that plastic sleeve on it ? If not, you can get them from your parts store on those "HELP" boards...Hope this helps...

77,
For the door problem, Try what Jon Pen said, or, if you loosen the striker bolt it will adjust in and out a little bit.

For the parking ligts you could try a local salvage yard.

As far as the repairs to the floor, make them yourself, it don't have to be pretty, it's all getting covered with rubber or carpet anyway.

Beds are getting harder and harder to find in good shape that don't cost an arm and a leg, that's probably why the newer bed is on the truck. They are out there, but they cost $$$

Don't know about the brake question

i think the dual piston brakes are mounted different than singles. At least on the two wheel drives they are. On light duty 3/4 t they are mounted on the back of the axle and the heavy duty and one ton are mounted on the front... if my memory is correct.

You can get the signal lenses on eBay also, both used and reproductions.

Well good news got my bed my friend had one just told me to take it yesterday pretty good shape I just have to go and get it now.
Changed out the old style heater control mounted the one from my 89 escort in it.
What can I do for seats? I have a set of 90 cougar 6 way power seats for it is there anyway to put them in? just weld up mounts? and wire them up?
Today well past 2 days it has been raining noticed the seal on the lower floor pan and upper leaks with the new floor pans do i weld up by where that meats so that would be sealed off? or should i just silicone that up?
drained my tranny and tcase went by the book bought 12 qts of 80-90W gear lube didnt take nearly as much all together it took 6qts how much does the D44 and 9" take more important how do I drain the 9"?
The intermerial wipers with all the junkyards around here getting rid of everything pre 90 where else can I get the set up?
Time is running out slowly need to have it done before snow falls I cant drive my car in the snow.

Thanks
Curtis
