Oil cooler identification

Is there any way to tell what type of oil cooler my engine has? I am interested to know whether it has the stock cooler or an aftermarket one. I believe it's not something visible without tearing into things, correct? I know I have a Sinister coolant filter - not sure if that is a clue.

Sorry if this is a dumb question - still new - still trying to learn.

If you don't have past service information on it, there is no visible way to tell externally and the coolant filter isn't related in any way.

If it's apart,, Most cheap aftermarket oil coolers have magnetic studs on them. Oem studs are not magnetic. Plus there are IH part #'s etched on the bottom of oem coolers. This info is pointless for an assembled truck tho.
