Just joined , been reading for a few months. Bought a 1986 f150 flairside 300 L6. Good solid body rust wise. frame too. especially for the north east part of the country. replaced 2 cab corners, lightly sandblasted frame painted with POR 15, new leaf springs and hangers, shackle.
Anyways not building a show truck. Just a decent truck. Duraspark 2 conversion next . read many answers but still needing a few .
