Help me identify this noise?

This exhaling noise happens pretty consistently. Usually doesn't take as many turnovers for the engine to start but that's inconsistent.

Pretty hard to get a clear audio of the noise. Does it usually happen when just cold starting?
Does it continue for 5-10 seconds and then stop?
Does it moan and/or groan?

Last time you've cleaned out your turbo unison ring?

Can't say that it only happens on a cold startup, I can try things out to see.
No it's just the single exhaling noise.
No moaning or groaning from the engine.

I have not cleaned out the turbo unison ring. Is that something I can do myself?

I can try to get better audio with my ICE mic if needed, I was hoping this would be good enough to possibly diagnose some issues. I can definitely answer supporting questions to the best of my ability though.

Heater blend door

It's normal I can hear it

The only thing running at that time was a vac pump and it moves the door

Turbo and everything not in play yet at 7 seconds in

His sounds like this about to a "T"
