OK, I brought this bad boy home today, 2017 white 4 door F250 Lariat 4X4 diesel. I want to go with the Pro Comp 6" lift kit, I am however confused as the order description says the kit is a front 6" lift and includes ES9000 shocks and reuses radius bar. I get the radius bar the truck has 90 miles on it, what is confusing me is, does this kit lift up the front end only, or will it include some hardware for the rear axle/end to be lifted equally? Thanks to all that advise.
Most lifts come with front end hardware and taller blocks for the rear and u-bolts. Not many have a new set of leafs that lift the rear as you lose ride quality with a higher arched spring to achieve lift. Again, most of the time you will just see a taller block between the rear axle and leaf springs to achieve the lift you are looking for. With a 6" lift you would need a 3.5" -4" taller block in the rear to be level because the rear is already 2-2.5" taller at stock height.
Pro comp #EXPK4203B is your stage 1 lift kit with drop brackets and rear blocks.
Pro comp #EXPK4209B is your stage 2 lift with new radius arms and rear blocks.
