Custom yes, Truxedo had it to me less than a week after ordering. However, I think access makes a cover to work with standard size toolboxes for most trucks without custom ordering. I prefer the truxedo though.

OP -- Nice setup. IMHO...the Weather Guard tool box is just about the best in the business. I've had mine since 2012...and works...looks like new!

Do you tow a 5th wheel with yours? If so, do you take the cover off? I guess you couldn't leave it partially open while towing towing a 5th wheel you would have to take it off.

Does anyone know if they make one that you can have the the tool box covered and still tow with a 5th wheel?

Thread revival, But this is the exact combo Im thinking of doing. The extra wide weatherguard and then have truxedo custom cover. How well is it sealed on the back side of the box? Any water in the bed? Does the weather stripping sticking out from the cover bother you?
