2006 6.0 fan shroud removal question

Is it possible to remove the fan shroud on a 2006 F350 6.0 without removing the radiator and without cutting the shroud apart?

Yes, remove the top radiator support, pull wire harness from between the top of the radiator and cross member to give you room to pull the radiator forward giving you room to pull the shroud past the fan. unbolt the 4 shroud bolts and gently slide upwards past fan.

Wish my dealer read this thread before changing the front main seal ony truck...they decided it was reasonable to cut the shroud in two, then screw it back together...

Yes, take out the radiator brackets and battery cable hold downs. Two screws hold the front fan shroud in, take them out. The bottom of the front shroud has tabs that fit in the bottom of the radiator mount.
The front shroud just pulls up out of the engine compartment. It isn't real easy, but it'll come out.
I took it apart the first time, learned from that.
dieseltechron has this on youtube (rip), he was the greatest.
