Selling my 85 F-150. I bought this truck around 10 years ago. The body was nice, the mechanicals, not so much. It couldn't get out of it's own way. After I reworked it, with the help of this forum, it runs and drives great. But with the price of gas, I have only used it when I needed a truck the last six years. As you can see, Wisconsin has done it's part on the sheet metal.
300-6, newer head, dual exhaust manifolds into 3" exhaust, Offy intake, Edelbrock 500 carb, Ford heater plate under carb, recurved distributor, MSD-6A ignition, Blaster coil, Accel 8.8 wires and 1 year old battery. I will include the jet kit for the carb. You can see it's dirty under the hood because I have driven it this way for years without having to touch it.
The block was rebuilt before I bought it, about 35000 miles ago. A new clutch was installed at that time.
The transmission is a double rail overdrive (the good one). Overdrive was useless with 3.08 gears. I changed them to 3.55. Now it drives like it has a car 4 speed (nice).
The interior is reupholstered Bronco seats with center console. I had put in a new headliner, carpet and dash cover. Interior is dirty from use though.
Tires and brakes are good. 4x4 works great. I don't know the mileage because it's on the 3rd speedometer.
