Has anyone installed the Husky wheel well liners on their truck? If so, how do you like them? I'm thinking about putting them on my truck and was wondering how others liked them.
One of the first things I installed on my XLT. The truck spends at least half its time on dirt/gravel roads and I didn't want the rocks chewing away on all that aluminum. Installation was quick and easy.
I ordered the factory liners with my truck but see most of them don't have anything under there. I've heard the husky liners have a little more coverage, which would be nice if they shielded some of the suspension components from debris as the factory liners really just cover the painted body surfaces. But definitely some sort of liner is worth it.
Do they offer any real protection or are they just cosmetic? I've been on the fence about installing them since I wasn't sure if there was any real benefit.
I dunno about protection from damage, but if they keep the mud and dirt and dust and such from caking up in every nook and cranny under the bed, I think it's a worthwhile investment.
I'm a little worried about doing the husky over the factory liners - not sure I want to drill into the bed of my `16 F250... it's still steel.... and I live in Upstate NY, so the liners would be to help with inevitable rust, which I worry drilling into the bed would occur quicker... Thoughts? Thanks y'all!

We went with the factory liners. They snap into the pre-existing holes, and fit as expected. I also like the way they look.
