Gallery Question to Admin.
I am wondering why Admin. wiped out the old gallery's, I had my build photos for my panel in there as well as other things, noticed everyone else has lost theirs too. If you hit on someones user name there is a View Gallery but when trying to view it says there it no longer exists.. Why?

I would like to know that to. I can access mine but can't look at others. I always enjoyed looking at others trucks. We used to be an!e to search for trucks by year and by series. Alot of us senior members like me have way more pictures in our gallery than we do in our albums.

Hmmm,. I can see mine by clicking on my name in the upper left hand corner on one of my posts. Then click on View Gallery. My gallery comes up but I can not edit it or add to it, however.

John, I just tried both yours and Abe's. I was able to view Abe's but not yours. could it be a membership thing. IMOP it shouldn't matter. Some of the biggest contributors arnt' Club members.

I think it had mostly to do with some of the many changes in FTE over the years. I really miss them too.

There was a lot of good and valuable content in the galleries that is now not available from older members who are no longer living, just think it's a shame to have lost all that info..

Albums, but no galleries.
I'm guessing an "Album" uses less space than a "Gallery." Or maybe the software just changed and the galleries wouldn't work.
That's why I like uploading pictures directly into a post, rather than linking to an off-forum source. If you go deep into old posts, you will find a lot of missing pictures.

What a drag to loose all that information. If you go to the "Faq" button where there used to be instructions for making and using Galleries and albums. That info is now blank. I never used the Gallery section for my pics but did do albums. Even that feature is now very awkward to use, so I limit any album to just a few pics since the upgrade. This has come up in other threads and from what I recall they tell FOMOKO1 that they were aware and working on it.??????????????

It has come up in other threads and from what I can remember it wasn`t possible to get this feature back. It really is too bad but I`m glad we can at least ad pictures in posts.
