You've heard of a barn find? How about a basement find?

Yes and no. It was the vehicle I was working on when I fell and broke my leg. It got shoved in the corner and forgot about and I never returned to it. A local guy made me a offer and I let it go. If it was a 56 I would have left it in the corner lol

Not commenting about the four wheel drive, but that truck out of the basement. Lived in Washington State in my High school years and a neighbor had a basement shop under his house. It was low and big. His kid was about five years older and was restoring a 1953 Ford F-100. This was in 63. Truck was ten years old and used in the forest as a logging business. Flat head V-8 that they hopped up three two barrel carbs. Really sounded cool when they fired it up. I joined the Army in Jan of 66. And went to Fort Ord for basic my Company first Sgt drove a 1954 F-100 Dingo DD Abillia. Cool truck. My first F-100 was a 1954. Bought it in 74 292 Y Block. Granny four old Oil field truck in OklahomaAJ.
