Is the Black on the bottom of the light a rubber gasket??? You should not have to get out a tube of silicon for a 60 to 80 thousand dollar Truck.
X2^
Yeah it looks like there's a rubber gasket it's sitting up on but the shadow is making it difficult to see. Maybe someone can get another pic please with better lighting. Definitely wouldn't be happy if mine gets delivered that way. Thanks for pointing it out Maps.
Mine are like that too, but I have convinced myself to not care somehow. If I see one of you post that they have come out with a fix and the dealers are replacing them I'd do it. But if not then whatever. I admit it's ugly.
If water isn't leaking in, I don't think this is a problem. Who has time to inspect their clearance lights that closely more than once?
^^what he said
I bet my 2011 is that way if I look closely, just never had.
If they don't leak and that's a sealed gasket underneath then I am fine with that.
