They have all sorts of simulated wood patterns, I agree the natural wood is probably the nicest to look at..

To be honest I wish I had bought the wood and machined it myself, I payed a good deal of money for this kit and had a ton of work to do to them , would have been too costly to send them back so it is what it is..
