Nope they would have to stand on something. I guess they can just look through the gate though. It's 16 ft. long.

We had a neighbor who's wife caught him looking over a 6 foot fence at his neighbor sun bathing topless in the back yard.

We tend to keep our clothes on in the back yard. We have a couple weirdo neighbors but they are pretty much harmless. Some of the stuff they do can be rather humorous at times.
