Adjustable track bar or bracket or both?
Just got this truck only thing wrong is the steering wheel wants to wonder driving down the road. It supposed to have a six in lift running 37 13.5 20. It has a drop bracket on it so should I put an adjustable track bar also and have it realigned. The Po just put new gear box, ball joints and tie rod ends in the last 6 months. And an alignment. I don't mind spending the money if it will help. Bushings on old one don't look horrible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Not sure about your roads where you live but up in Illinois the wandering is because of the width of the tires. Here older roads start to get a U pattern worn in where the tires are. the wider tires like yours rides on the outside more than the inside causing the wandering feeling.
If you don't think that is the case I would inspect the drag link (bar from steering box to tire). see if the end links are worn out.

I have experienced older tires causing handling problems. This is amplified with larger tires and lifts. Look at the front tires for unusual wear. Think about a tire rotation, although this should have been addressed at the time of alignmnet.
