I'll have to check I found about 4 jacks in the rear compartment (utility body). Is this a screw type bottle jack or a pump type like the modern ones?

Here's a pic (lower) for 1969/72 Econolines. The folding jack crank handle was standard equipment on Econolines, optional for F100/350's. It's still available from Ford.
The lug wrench was also used in F100/350's, 1961/78 full sized cars like Galaxie/LTD, Thunderbird and etc.
