Retains the 2 ton bottle jack (you may find that someone stuffed it under the seat or it's MIA).
It's the same: 1948/52 F1/F3; 1953/96 F100/250; 1973/96 F350; 1969/91 Econoline.
F series trucks: Located under the seat thru 1966, on the left fender inner apron beginning in 1967.
Econolines have the spare tire, jack, lug wrench and jack crank handle on the inside right rear quarter.

Here's a pic (lower) for 1969/72 Econolines. The folding jack crank handle was standard equipment on Econolines, optional for F100/350's. It's still available from Ford.
The lug wrench was also used in F100/350's, 1961/78 full sized cars like Galaxie/LTD, Thunderbird and etc.
