THe jacks are the same from 1950 up thru late 80's. You can use a jack from a f-series or a ranger (83 to 92 or later) truck. THe last supercession I saw was D3TZ 17080-C, which came from a 73-79 Ford f-series. Hopefully, someone who has a 61-66 can answer the location questiom.

My 62 stepside's jack was mounted on the passenger side of the radiator at the top of the core support. It has a DSO # of 830571. Did they locate them in different places for different designation vehicles?
