This is great! I've been considering this move for a long time, because I have a Ranch Hand push bar setup for my truck, but I also have a plow. It would be nice to be able to just pull two pins and swap them out, but I have gotten it down to about 3 minutes with my cordless rattle gun and two jack stands. That being said, I do use the push bumper to push things around (shocker) and I feel like the frame mounts are better suited to pushing than the push plates. So now that you've got it mounted up, how solid does it feel? Would you be concerned about pressure toward the middle and upper sections of your guard due to it being a bottom mount?
You definitely made this process look like a breeze, well done! Looking forward to seeing the addition of the step as well
I actually fabbed up the chassis/tow hook mounts as well. I figure a couple bolts per side and the pull pins will be quick to remove and easier to install.
I could have gotten away with just the plow mounts and the upper brackets pushing against the tow hook frame, but I figured a couple bolts will help keep the honest people honest.
It's pretty solid, but have no intention on pushing anything around unless it gets in the way.
