Digital camera for $40!
I just got a Vivitar Vivicam 5, which is a tiny 0.3 megapixel digital camera that sells for $40. It is so small that it comes with a chain so you can wear it around your neck.

It also has a video setting, where you can capture video from the camera directly to your computer.
