I loaded up my big arctic fox 990 yesterday. I plugged in the jack controller and the 2 jacks on the left side lifted but the 2 right ones didn't work!. Looked for a fuse panel but couldn't find anything. I tried to take the controller apart but it felt like it wanted to break as I pried it. I ended up using the hand cranks to load the camper. Any ideas??
Found the fuse panel. The fuse running those two jacks was blown. Replaced it and it blew again immediately so I guess I need to figure out that problem now!
I would start with unhooking one jack and see if the fuse blows.
Agree. Unplug a jack and try again. If the fuse does not blow, then it's likely the jack motor which is shorting and pooched. I believe they are sealed units so getting at them to rewind is difficult.
If the fuse does blow, then it is a wiring/electrical issue between and including the plugin box and the jack's ECM board (controller).
