Bumper Color?

I ordered a Black/Black Lariat with the Ultimate Package but WITHOUT the Chrome package. Does anyone know if the bumper will still be chrome or will it be black?

Bummer but that's what I am finding with Lariats that I see on lots. Guess I'll have to have them painted.

I could be wrong but I'm thinking the bumpers will all come chrome on the Lariat.

I have the Ultimate Lariat Package and my bumper is chrome.

Looks good on white, I was hoping for all black with no chrome other than the grill (which I may paint too).

Painted bumpers just give me the *******. My favorite color is chrome. I orderd my KR white, monochromatic, chrome package, and, I like the applique on the tail gate. Let it shine.

I understand some people love chrome, that's why they off a package to add more of it. Personally it's not my preference.

As for doing the bumper in Line-x I like the idea of the durability but can they do it in a smooth finish?

Look at a wrap for your chrome stuff. Chrome doesn't do well painted & to remove the chrome plating is difficult/expensive. Wrap may be the way to go to effectively cover the chrome.

Know nothing about it.

Wraps have gotten popular and are relatively durable and easy to remove at time of resale. Just a thought.

My truck is coming with painted bumpers for the first time ever. Looking forward to it. Not sure about the huge Stainless plaque on the tailgate but it is what it is, maybe it will come off easily.
