Speedo gear question

I have a 79 F100, 300 I6, T18 4sp and 2.72 rearend (I believe). The tranny is not original the truck used to be a 3 sp. It currently has an 18 tooth yellow speedo gear on the cable but the speedometer is about 20km/h lower than actual speed. Can anybody tell me the correct gear for the speedo cable? Thanks

You probably want the wine colored one - 16 tooth, driven gear. ID #37192A at Bronco Graveyard. $6 each, shipping is nuts!

Ford # CODZ-17271-A .....presupposing you have stock tires.
