turn lights question?
Hey I am having an issue with the turn signals on my 1979 F800 dump truck.
I turn them on they start blinking slow then stop. Rev the motor and they will start blinking and increase in speed.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

The flasher module is probably defective. Revving the engine increases system voltage and would seem to improve its performance, but definitely test it at nominal battery (not alternator) voltage.

What is a "flasher module" .. where is it located?" I've never seen or heard of any such thing.

I meant to call it the "thing-a-ma-jig module" or just the "thingy".
