1992 e350 tfi no start please help!

I have a 1992 e350 tfi rv. Ran great. Installed a rearview camera (tapped running lights and radio accessories for power). Now no start condition. Does crank, fuel pumps work if relay is jumped, no cel at all, grounding pin #6 of EEC check plug does nothing, pulled PCM/EEC all looks good, checked ignition switch has power to everything in correct switch positions (has two purple wires not in my diagrams?), spark plugs have fire, eec relay has one hot all the time, one very weak with switch on and checked two fusible links from starter relay any suggestions????

The Power Relay must close to give power to the coil of the fuel pump relay for grounding pin #6 to work.
Without the CEL (MIL) working and the fuel pump not running when you ground pin #6 with the key on it sounds like the power relay is not closing or there is no power on the yellow wire under the fuel pump relay.

Check for power at the Ignition coil with the key on. If you have power there then check to see if the power relay is closing when the key is turned on by checking for power at the red wire to any fuel injector with a loading test light.

Thank you Subford. I have power at the yellow wire under the relay, power at the coil and power to the red wire on injectors. No start persists. Bought new fuel pump and EEC relays. Still Nada. Tia

Please explain "does nothing".

Do you mean it does not start with the fuel pump running or the fuel pump does not run.

fuel pump will run if I jump fuel pump relay but that's the only way. Truck does not start with the fuel pumps jumped.

Hey Subford. Yellow from "h" to fuel pump relay is hot. Lb/o wire to computer and self test is hot but really low voltage. Fuel pumps do not kick on. I have the power distribution box open. Could this possibly be an ignition control module? Or maybe the check engine light (mil) burned out and not completing a circuit?

that would be zero voltage coming from the FP relay.

No, the ICM has nothing to do with the fuel pump.

No that would not cause it.

Ok so I think what I need to do, is check the voltage coming from the key to the fuel pump/EEC relay? I should have time tomorrow or Friday.

For some reason it excluded 3.5 volts on red key power. I have same 3.5 volts on pin 37.

It is hard for me to understand what you are saying.
Are you saying the RED wire to all fuel injectors and other things is not hot with the key on?

Or are you saying the a red wire with a green stripe at the ignition coil is not hot with the key on?

solved the red wire was only carrying 3.5 votes because it was broken between Wire and the female spade connector on the eec relay

I intend to relocate the EEC relay outside the power distribution box with new spade connectors.
