Front axle hose

Need some help here. Have a 97 expo E.B. with lots of mods. Just had the steering stabilizer put in and noticed a Black hose off the front axle passenger side What's it go to? Any help is greatly appreciated...??

That sounds like the differential vent hose, it should be clipped somewhere in the area under the battery.
