2016 Explorer Front Camera Issue
I had it replaced and now I am only getting one view. It use to be there was a normal view and a expanded view. Now there is only the normal view.
Could the dealer ordered the wrong camera? Software? There also use to be a little diagram which showed the vehicle and the mode the camera was in and that has gone.
Any comments would be great. I hate to have to take it back but with all the money spent, I want it right.

Does your owner's manual describe the features that used to be available but are no longer showing up? If so, you will want to have that handy to help convince them of what it should do. While reviewing those sections, make sure there isn't some setting that needs to be made in order to get those features, like a "full" versus "reduced" menu or something. Also, check the invoice for any line item suggesting the dealer might have performed a software update while it was in for the camera.
