Got it....
You will need the car initials and the car number. These should be obtainable from Ford Customer Service once the vehicle has been manufactured. With that information, do the following:
1) Dial 877-744-7279, selection option 5, then option 3, then option 1
2) When asked for car initials, type the number in then hit the # key
3) When asked for the car numbers, type the number in then hit the # key
4) When asked again for the next car just hit the # key

How did you get your railcar number? My dealership said he doesnt have that info, only thing he knows as of now is its shipped and according to Ford Chat it was shipped.

Your truck may have been shipped by convoy instead of rail? If it was shipped by rail your dealer knows this and can ABSOLUTELY get you the rail car # for you. The dealers visibility screen shows every single update as to where your truck is. I know this because my dealer took a screen shot of his screen and sent it to me with each stop and the railcar #.

Final destination is Benicia on the train. Probably will be trucked from Benicia to your dealer.
