they say streching at least twie a day is good for a sore neck (asked my retired nurse mom)

Soooo I put ice on it instead of heat for awhile and seems that helped more...

Sooo, I’ve got one of those too. (Retired nurse mom, neck is ok).

Sooo it is good enough now that I can go strain it some more, I've come to the conclusion that it will never be as good as new..

Had a friend fall off a horse brokes his shoulder-- the next week fell off a horse and tore something on his other shoulder--- never was the same after that-- could not rope to save his life.
