I'm not either, but when I did a search it sounded like they were available.
The main bar on yours looks very similar to mine. It has the 3 mounting tabs for the lights & the same bend in the middle. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

I found this picture on blueovaltrucks.com on the F-Series history page. The caption states:
A Ford F-100 "Shorty Flareside" with four-wheel drive shows off the flashy graphics and abundant accessory choices that were aimed at younger buyers who wanted to personalize their trucks. The 117-inch-wheelbase Flareside featured a 6-1/2 foot cargo bed.
Looks very close to what I have...I think this may indeed be a Ford flareside roll bar.

When I ordered my 78 Flairside I don't remember seeing a roll bar offered for the Flairtside. ( Could have been one available though.) In those days it was harder to research new vehicles without the internet. I ended up getting a First Stage Steel rollbar. Was not to many options in aftermarket for Flairsides the best I can remember. If I remember correctly First Stage Steel was the only vendor to offer one piece rollbars. I went with the double mushroom single kicker one.
