From the standard catalog of light-duty Ford trucks 1905-2002. Only includes U.S. production as far as I know. One interesting number is the F100 Styleside pickup went from about 24,000 to nearly a quarter of a million in a 4 year span.
There are missing numbers for 1962 and 1965 4x4 but you can probably see a trend with those from previous and later years.

I didn't realize the spread in F100 vs. F250 vs. F350 production.....for example, there were approximately 4 times more '65 F100s made versus '65 F250s versus and nearly 8 times more F100s than F350s.

TA455HO sorry to hijack the site, but does that book give production numbers for 1939. A friend just got a dual wheel barn find - still running. He doesn't seem to feel its as rare as I do. the numbers may get him to listen to me

I don't know much about older trucks, but it probably fits the commercial category. The unit has a snow plow and is still being used and a small dump body - I think.

F250 Flareside: 7,247 / F250 "wrong bed" Styleside: 6,002 / F250 Uni (Styleside): 10,703
All Uni's were 2WD, the Flaresides & the "wrong bed" Stylesides could be 2WD or 4WD
All 1961/66 F350 Stylesides used the exclusive 9' Express "wrong bed."
Since we are discussing books I have similar data from the Standard catalogue of light duty trucks 1896-1986. The authors are credible automotive historians and some data for Canadian production is included. There is no specific breakdown on Canada/USA for the slicks but I also agree on the popularity of the flareside largely because I own one. I will have real internet access by October and am will to share within reason of time. I also have a book of prototype cars from near day one of horseless carriages!
This is probably the book these production figures were taken from. Pictured in post #4 is page 67 from this book.
Using this book, I've typed the individual year production figures multiple times here on FTE
I thought it would be awesome if nobody had to type them again. I found having it all in one place makes it easier to see the info than the way they have it in that book, as far as comparing numbers. I'd put it all into an Excel spreadsheet originally and tried to copy and paste from there into a thread but with all the hidden codes it was way too big for a single post so I reworked it as an HTML table. I think it came out pretty good.
