The 2 wrong box one I have no reflectors 1 is KC and other is Dallas. The KC had them on side at rear corner. Looked as added later

I had them on the back of my 65 F-250. I have 47 in white crayon all over on my pickup my truck was built in San Jose and delivered to Seattle custom order

Thanks for chiming in. I guess he took exception with me calling it standard equipment, but at least up here in DSO 74 it did not seem to be optional. I suppose some I've seen in other DSO areas could have been dealer added.

At least ND has seen (in pictures) more than 1 now, so that's probably a good thing.
