Do you still have the vacuum line routing diagram under the hood?
Most just swap out the tubing for vacuum hose as the factory stuff is usually all falling apart by now. Mine (1993 302) used about 25' of 5/32" hose plus two tees to replace it all. It was maybe $20 at the auto parts store.
You can pull the black rubber fitting off the vacuum canister and there should be two nipples there that the new hoses can connect to.
