Just replaced the injector again, did a bubble test and I am still getting bubbles? So it's not the injector, what else would cause bubbles to come up to the fuel bowel? I did take out the glow plug for the injector I replaced and the bubbles will stop.
Hate to say this and I'm sure others will say the same... buy Ford Remans.
Does your seller have a way to test it before he sends it out the door and can he test this one to show you it's sealing correctly? Have you tried to put air to the tip like before?
Swap another injector into the hole so that you know it's not that hole.... for pice of mind if nothing else, then you'll know it's not you.

Swapping now, actually hope that is it. At least I will know it's the injector.
They do not need to be plugged in, just need a new copper seal, plenty of oil on the o-rings and some in the bore just before you slide it home. A clean hold down hole for the screw and the right torque.

Then test it.
OK, swapped the injector with a known good injector........no bubbles...tomorrow off to Ford to over pay for the correct parts. I should have known better and gone with the correct stuff the first time. I will keep you posted on the outcome. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Torqued to 26 ft lb. tested just that one injector and it is the one bubbling. The injector is a rebuilt OEM, not from Ford.
I can understand for some this is Confusing
Yes all injectors are OEM FORD Cores AFAIK
Aftermarket suppliers call them OEM Remand inject but there not fully remand or they are so trashed they should be thrown out not rebuilt
But in the case of injectors you must get one from Ford there vendors are fully rebuilding them internals they get new intensifier plungers and springs, tips, spool valves etc...
After watching the forum for years now most any Aftermarket remand inject are Pure junk compared to the quality remand from
Most folks that go down this same path with AM injectors end up tearing truck apart 2-3 times get frustraighted as hell and end up returning whatever inject they originally got for and OEM FORD one
DTR says the exact same thing in one of his vids, I remember it clearly.
He does not bad mouth the AM injector folks but eludes to the fact they are not worth a doo dah and he did not use them.
Some things just need to be R and R's with OEM only, I wonder how many threads on this very problem.............
I learned my lesson with marine parts years ago,OEM is always the way to go. Was it really worth your time and frustration to save a few dollars? I know life is too short to be pissed off at a truck.
Don't take offense, (talking to the op). But hopefully you will listen next time there's an issue and are given advice. Multiple people told you to get ford,,, and you didn't. So the next issue you have,,, might listen to advice. I'm not fully convinced both aftermarket injectors were leaking combustion. That's rare. But anything is possible. Might really watch the bottom of the Inj bore (where the crush washer seats).
Don't be mad at me,, I've just seen this too much. A bunch of aftermarket suppliers call their product oem.
