Reverse lights wont work

Reverse lights wont work
95 f350 reverse lights never worked since i got it. Today i checked all fuses cab and underhood they were good. Replaced the switch on the trans turmed the key on and put in reverse texted for power on the wires both wires have power. Yet i still dont have any power at the taillights. I tried plugging in another box harness and still get no power. No idea where else to check. Every other light works.
