I like my 16 look however can't stay the same people will get bored. I trade up every yer or so and I like something different heck I see my truck at every red light like the change
Hmm, interesting since Ford generally doesn't start changing sheet metal until the 5 to 6 year new model release. Could be some new interesting bolt on grills for us 2015/2016 owners. Personally, I've had the center of the front bumper wrapped in Caribou matching the Caribou bumper end caps and rest of the accent trim around the truck. I'd change out the KR grill for the Limited grill, as I'm not a chrome fan, but Ford wants like $2100 for it so no go for me. I like the way the Limited grill has the finished lower edge running across the entire lower edge of the grill.
Also, the bed sides look like they might be lower and have the larger tail lights like a Super Duty. It's more cost effective to keep to tooling the same for both truck lines.
I get the feeling that, in the near future (perhaps 2018), the F150 and F250+ will look nearly identical. We know they're going to use the same cabs... it only makes sense to make the rest of the truck match for cost reasons.

Thats the way it was thru '96...I like the 2017 SD, much better than the outgoing or many of the previous SD generations. But I think if they share the cabs and keep slightly separate styling cues that would be cool...especially since Ford has a habit of making the SD the ugly duckling of the truck world...
