If your being serious that's crazy lol and I don't have carpet so there isn't a fish there. The smell only happens after being driven. Smells only on the outside
Well, I was going to say it might be a critter cooking on the Y-pipe. Check to see if a varmint has crawled into your engine compartment and died there.

Checked and nothing dead in the engine compartment nor on the "Y"
