Need help with leaking 1356 transfer case

I have a '92 f150, extended cab with borg warner 1356 t.c. Transfer was leaking at the rear output seal. Found bad center support bearing also had damaged drive shaft in center support area. Had drive shaft repaired, shaft was balanced and new u-joints, new center support bearing. The repair shop told me that the slip yoke was still good. I replaced the seal and there is no play in the slip yoke bushing. Installed everything and go for a short ride and the seal is leaking again. Any ideas?

is the lip on the seal not damaged from install or maybe it folded in. that's the only thing I can think of at this moment. or a small gouge in the slip yoke but you said it is fine
