Leaky Transfer Case
I have a New Process 208 in my bronco and have noticed a spray of fluid coming from the back side. It looks like it is coming from around where my drive line connects to it, possibly in a circular pattern as the driveline spins. Is there a seal that went bad? How hard is it to replace? Thank you.

Does your T-case have a slip yoke? If so it is an easy fix. Just take the drive shaft out, pry the old seal out, Find a big socket or a piece of pipe and drive the new seal in. If it is a fixed yoke, you will have to remove the nut and yoke. I have never done one but I think the old seal would be a bear to get out without a seal puller.
