First, I'd take out the carpet, then use some kind of a steam cleaner (like the ones you can rent at the supermarket) and whatever cleaning solution they recommend to take the stain out. Then, I'd let the carpet dry before I re-installed it. I would be concerned about just cleaning the carpet in the truck because the padding under the carpet will take forever to dry out if left wet in the truck. Also, you could clean the drivers side too, so maybe the whole interior would look better!

I use Eimann Fabrik APC and dilute it. It has a dilution table on the label for all its uses. Here is what I did to my floor mats and they look new:
1) Vac
2) Mist the spots or the entire mat
3) With a stiff brush begin to scrub
4) Hose off
5) Let dry
