Vacuum tree

Anyone awake to tell me what plugs in to the port coming out the top of the vacuum tree? Truck was semi apart when I bought it so I'm trying to figure all this out.

My map and brake booster come out of the back of the upper intake. I think I may have realized where it goes. Does it go to the PCV valve and evap canisters?

Also another question. There is a two pin plug with one wire that comes out of the harness with the plug for the coil pack. Where the hell does it go? There is nothing around it that I can see that takes a one wire connection. I'm thinking it might have been something that got deleted before I bought the truck but I'm not sure.

Electrical interference condenser. Looks just like one in a distributor of points style ignition.
