Is this normal?
I have an 05 f350 6.0 with 6in lift and 3in blocks on 40 in tires and when I'm just cruising the truck will start shaking and I have to get down on it a little to make it stop is this normal or should I get it checked out?

Is it the front end shaking? Like your front wheels are oscillating rapidly. If so that is nicknamed "death wobble". Start by looking for bad ball joints, tie rod ends, Panhard bar bushing/joint, ect..
